In exchange for the amount designated on the pricing sheet, 411 will provide a minimum of twenty five (25) on air segments, five seconds in length, during which time your company's name and contact information will be displayed on The Weather Channel in the city listed. The segments will follow our commercials and include an audio "lead in" from Claims Adjusters 411.
Claims Adjuster 411, Inc will provide this service to a very limited number of companies in each city. Companies will be selected on a basis of whoever's payment is received first. If you do not respond before your selected city's advertising slots fill, you will be put on a waiting list and contacted if ad slots are available in future advertising campaigns. Additionally, if you choose to purchase an ad on our website, you will be given first option in future advertising campaigns.
We will not sell your information entered on this form. It will only be used by Claims Adjusters 411, Inc. and it affiliates.
It is at the Weather Channel's discretion to determine how coverage area for a city is defined. For example, we will provide two company's information for New York City. The Weather Channel will determine how large of an area surrounding New York City will see your ad.
It is at Claims Adjusters 411, Inc's sole discretion to change the terms of this contract. In the event the terms of this contract change, you will be notified and offered the option of a full refund. Claims Adjusters 411, Inc. will not provide refunds to anyone, unless we are unable to meet our contractual obligation.
